Tile and coping work as not great. and the steps are are now more uneven then prior to plaster. Rushed job and crews could not speak a word of English.

Could not be more disappointed. 100% of work was done by other companies they subbed out to. No one on the crews spoke English or even knew our last name. In fact they actually thought we were someone else. The workmanship for the tile was good but the plaster is horrendous. the stairs are now not level and the plaster goes up on the tile at the skimmer. NOT HAPPY with the work they did.

Had a plaster job done that was never right from the start. Sloppy job, no trim tile installed on bench or spa just small tiles, which specifically wanted what we had prior. Then lot of rough areas which were from our water- despite fact we noticed them the second day. D-
