It does not matter if you are a home owner, gentleman farmer, or commercial operator, we have equipment that is designed for your operation. To keep your equipment going, we maintain a solid parts inventory and a full service shop. At last count, our shop mechanics had in excess of 100 years of combined experience. Our specialties are sales, parts, and service for Cub Cadet, Cub Cadet Yanmar, Cub Commercial, Massey Ferguson, Troy-Bilt, Tanaka, White Outdoor, and Carson Trailers. We were raised owning and operating tractors and outdoor power equipment. It is our intention to give you the kind of service that we expected when we were on your side of the counter."

In the last month I have had two pieces of equipment serviced at Town and Country. The first order was fine but I had problems with the second. After I picked up my generator I tried to call them back with some issues. They did not provide the spare parts I had requested and was written on the work order; they did work I clearly told them was not required. I called them four times in three days only to be put on hold for extended periods of time or told my call would be returned by end of day, which it was not. This is the first negative review I have ever put online. Over several years I have had many pieces of equipment serviced at many different places but this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their
Long story short. Serviced my mower here. They told me they would call me if there was anything that my service deposit didn't cover. Well they didn't, and when I went in my bill NOT including the $85 deposit was $310. When I objected to the price they lowered it $30. Thanks a lot! I can get my dodge serviced At the dealer for less than I can get my mower serviced for here... Very sad, thought I had found a nice small town company... Not true at all. I DO NOT recommend this business at all. Please shop around.
