Not reliable at all. Scheduled an appointment to have my hot water heater hooked up the day after I had an electrician rewire it. Called the day before to confirm appointment, received no call back, and the plumber was a no show on the day the work was supposed to be performed. Again, not even a call to explain why, so I called them and asked: response was' you are not in our appointment book'. Said they could come in 3 weeks to reconnect hot water heater. No thanks, called someone else; they came same day and got the work done. Mistakes can be made, but the fact that they would not even return my calls is rude and unprofessional. Avoid these people.
