I followed Dr, Frank from Redm...

I followed Dr, Frank from Redmond to Monroe..I am giving only 4 stars because I wish he was still on the eastside, but none the less he is an amazing vet and the only one I would see for my golden child. I appreciate not feeling rushed and the various plan ideas that are offered for my dog, who happens to have severe allergies and needs a lot of medical attention. I also like that when I call and have a question I am not on hold, I get an answer that day and I am given attention and not treated like a number. The staff is caring and attentive and I am lucky to have a place I feel loves my dog almost as much as I do
