No appointments are necessary, walk-in's are always welcome! 1. A valid Washington State photo ID 2. Your current medical authorization It is our aim to provide patients with a high degree of professionalism, and assistance. We want to ensure that all of our patients are respected, have their questions answered and are provided with care that is customized to their needs.
