I went into the salon for a TRIM. I told the woman many times that I wanted a trim only and that I was growing my hair out. She turned my chair side ways and started cutting. Oh my gosh ! My hair was 3" shorter and thinned out to the point where there wasn't much hair on my head. This woman has redish/dark shorter hair, works 2 days a week. Wednesday and Saturdays,( I think). She was working at the chair by the window on the east side of the building. I have NEVER had someone butcher my hair and NOT do what I asked them to do. I left the salon in tears. I went to my regular beautician and she was in shock. All she would say was....it has to grow out before she could even try and fix it. I'm getting married in 2 weeks and I am sooo mad. I have told everyone I know at Boeing NOT to go to your salon. I have even posted it on the wall boards at work. This woman does not know what shes doing ! As for guaranty of a hair cut... you can't put hair back on....
