My wife and I were looking for a media room design that would allow us to hide our equipment as well as enjoy some great equipment. Total Control Remotes came in and installed a TV cabinet lift which allowed me to conceal my TV and equipment. The best part was they programmed a touchscreen remote with my favorite theme (Football) on the controlleer. All we do is press a button and the TV raises, the equipment turns on, takes us to our favorite channel, and sets up the Fios control on the remote. It's so simple even our 7 year old daughter is using it. They even set up a page for her to select her favorite channels. Vincent was very professional, knowledgeable and saved me a lot of money with some great ideas. Best of all, he contacts me on a regular basis to see if I am enjoying my media room (which I am).
