Bill Lecorchick Sr., the company founder, has been constructing decks, porches, screen rooms and gazebos since 1975. In the summer of 2013, to broaden his construction services to the residential customer in Middlesex, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, Somerset, Warren, Morris and Union counties, Bill is now offering his services as Legends Home Improvements, LLC. In the spring of 2015, Bill will have completed his 4th decade and is proud to have a second generation, family owned and operated home improvement company. He has a 40 year tradition of offering high quality, dependable and honest carpentry and construction services to the residential customer. Specializing in the construction of decks, porches, screen rooms, Florida rooms and gazebos, we have built over 1,200 decks or "outdoor living areas" since our conception. We can construct a functional and elegant deck that is designed for the occasional family lunch or dinner or the all-inclusive "outdoor living area" that is designed for a personal vacation spot right in your backyard. These areas can include, roofs for shade or screened to add comfort and enjoyment. Install a wood burning or natural gas fireplace for ambiance, surround sound for some soft music, creating a place to unwind or cuddle with your loved ones. Many of our customers added a wide screen television, turning this roofed area into the perfect place to watch the football games right into December. The smell of the fire, the crisp fall air with the action of the game and the surround sound will put you at the game with the comforts of home.Our goal at our initial meeting is to: Help you design a deck or "outdoor living area" that will fit your needs, goals and desires. Give you enough education so you can make all the proper decisions for your new deck or "outdoor living area" Advise you of any necessary building codes and zoning issues. We'll show that we are competent, trusting and qualified to complete your project and finally hope that our estimate is in your monetary investment range. If we earned your confidence at this meeting we will discuss with you on how to proceed in the final designing, quoting and construction for your new deck or "outdoor living area" to include the costs involved in getting there.
