This is my first time using Monroe Taxi and they are absolutely outstanding and professional. I called at 9pm on a Friday night for a pick up for 11pm and their driver was there before 11pm. The dispatcher, Mike, was professional and informative. He quoted me a rate that was awesome and reasonable. Their driver was timely, especially important at this late hour and I did not have to wait for pickup. I highly recommend Monroe Taxi and will be using them a lot more in the future. Thank you for being there to pick me up last minute.

This is a really good company. They are reliable, on-time, and have really nice drivers. I have been using them for a long time; they have been around for a very long time.I noticed that the reviews for other taxi companies all had the same rating from the same email address. Those reviews are a scam. Use your common sense folks! That person didn't go around and try all the companies. What a loser!
