      Saw the model at Copperrun in Waxhaw, N C. In a word.... WOW! I have been looking at various communities to recommend to a family member seeking to relocate from NY. This builder and floorplan a homerun. Well thought out placement and those "special touches" that I have not seen in a moderately priced home. I use the word "home" because that is the exact feeling I got. Whereas, other structures were "gimmicky" or otherwise! done cheaply. I know my niece will love it.

      Awesome Floorplan, location and build process. Could not have been a better experience.We love our new home.
