Our experience was not a positive one to say the least. I found the staff to not be trained well at all. The office staff was rude and abrupt to say the least. Our nurse was lazy and documented poorly. We changes agencies quickly and have had no problems as of yet. I would not recommend them to anyone. I wish someone would have told me.
