My wife went here, looking for help/counseling, open to starting medication to control panic attacks. She trusted them, was honest about her past issues, they repaid her by having her involuntarily locked up!
Kai Mitchell shouldnt be dealing w people that have a panic disorder, the mentally ill or anyone else for that matter! Ms. Mitchell told me that she was terrified of my wife and feared for her life as well as the safety of our child, after only speaking w her for a few moments! She actually said my wife's grip on reality was slipping away by the min and if she wasn't put on a psychiatric hold she'd kill our child within the hour!
My wife is not a danger to anyone, never has been, she's an amazingly loving, nurturing mother, and is superbly intelligent! She just has severe anxiety and other issues that need to be worked through that stem from childhood abuse and trauma. Therapists at Daymark need more training, this 1 should be fired! After my wife confided in her she couldn't even have a conversation w her to notify her of the plan to take her to a mental ward against her will, real professional /brave! "Doctor" was so afraid of confrontation she made me tell my wife, said if I didn't take her right over she'd get a warrant from the magistrate, she'd be forcibly taken from our home!
Wife asked that this NOT be discussed in front of our child, Ms. Mitchell refused n began talking very aggressively (at her) saying that she could go voluntarily or get locked up, upsetting my wife, causing my daughter mental anguish, n both of them left in tears! YOU ARE A COWARD! She wouldn't let me take my daughter n another room while they talked or take my wife back to her office, this was done in the playroom with my young daughter present! I can't undo what was done to her mind! 3 days later, she keeps talking about the "bad doctors" or at dinner she's "looking for those bad people" Thanks A LOT! If you need a body guard n order to speak w a patient, you're n the wrong field!

Awful place to be employed, treated like a number and upper management always on you about any little thing.
