Absolutely beautiful studio and top notch instructors! They will transform your body in just a few sessions! Would recommend this studio over a gym in a heartbeat - much more private. Give it a chance - you will love it!

Honestly noticed a difference in the way I felt and started to look in just 3 private sessions. By 8 sessions my posture, muscle tone and core strength were improved. The studio is a beautiful space. Well worth the cost and NO comparison to local, crowded gym.

Core Studio Pilates is a client friendly environment. You don't get the intimidation that you would going to a regular gym. You feel as if you are in a spa setting. The view of Downtown Monroe from the studio is beautiful. The instructors are great to work with and they make you feel good about yourself. I would recommend Core Studio Pilates to anyone who wants to get in shape.

This is such a great place for Union County to have! The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable and the space is absolutely serene. Jill Hinson and staff have created a completely professional environment for a great workout! If you are looking for a different and better way to get into shape, you should definitely check it out!
