      I have tried repeatedly to reach you by phone but your phone is apparently off the hook. This is nothing unusual. I can never reach you. I need you to cancel my garbage pick-up service as of July 14. My address is 103 Princess Drive, Monroe, LA 71203. You may call me if you need a reason why I am canceling - if your phone works. I will not pay any amount of money after July 14, so I can hope you receive this immediately.
