They forgot to put a game in the case when my mother bought Christmas presents for the kids. I contacted them and they located the game. They promised to mail it too me before the holidays. The kids waited and waited. Nothing. After 3 more calls and nobody even knowing what I was talking about...still NOTHING. Finally bought the kids a different game. It's. February and I still haven't received a call back after several attempts. Very dissatisfied. Customer service is awful and apparently it's extremely hard to stick a game in a case.
