These people are slumlords! I would not recommend these places to anyone. They will raise the rent but make no improvements. They take months to get around to do any maintenance and then do a very poor job when they finally come around. They will come in and out of your house without advance notice. So if you're in the shower and they knock and you don't answer they coming in on ya. Renter be aware!!

I would NOT reccommend them for anything! From what I hear, he low balls himself then charges you 4x as much as the quote. He hires half way house workers, not a problem, but does not supervise them! They do a half job on as much as possible!! The workers are more worried about getting to see their girlfriends than doing any work. The owner never makes an apperance to see how the job is going. This is the worst construction excuse of a company I have ever seen or heard of! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It does not let you give negative stars so I had to leave one.
