  Mr. McAllister joined the Law Offices of Barry R. Lipsitz as an associate in January of 2000. Mr. McAllister was made a partner in the firm as of January 2005, and the firm name was changed to Lipsitz and McAllister. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Barry R. Lipsitz, Mr. McAllister was an associate at the corporate law firm of Seeley and Berglass, in New Haven, Connecticut from 1993 through 1999. Prior to joining the law firm of Seeley and Berglass, Mr. McAllister worked as a Biomedical Electrical Engineer at Philips Medical Systems North America, in Shelton, Connecticut.
