Great Service

I called for service when my furnace was not working. The phone was answered by a LIVE employee - I did not have to leave a message. I was given an appointment window the same day, and all the policies of the company were explained to me. The technician that arrived was very friendly and knowledgable, and repaired my furnace. He first explained to me in terms I understood what he needed to do, and gave me the price before he made the repairs. There were no unexpected charges. I would definitely call One Hour Heating and Air again in the future, and would refer my friends to them also.
