      I was glad to see the big "OPEN FOR LUNCH" sign that has been up for a while now. Today will be the THIRD AND FINAL TIME that I fall for that as I came to Jem's again for lunch, knocked on both doors and rang the bell...NADA! I agree, it's better to sell the place, only then will I even THINK about going again! '
