These guys towed our car incorrectly causing thousands of dollars worth of damage. A law suit was filed. They lost. It was an open and shut case. Several years later and despite numerous attempts to contact them, they refuse to pay the awarded amount or even discuss the matter.



Ironically, they have a collections company as well. On their website they say they treat customers and debtors with respect, and present themselves as if they operate with the highest standards of integrity, but that claim is clearly an insincere gimmick and not a core principle.



Integrity and respect (especially for a collection agency you'd think), would entail paying your debts.

this company cant tow anything!!! had them tow a awd denali, they pulled it around a parking lot with the drive wheels on the ground and in park, the tow truck driver ran the suv into the back of the truck twice, he left in neutral and watched it roll down a hill into a storm drain, busted a tire, broke the bumper and grill, most likely damaged the transfer case and transmission, didnt get to see all the damages yet, have to go look at it on monday after they say the repairs are made
