This company is a complete waste of time. I wish I would have listened to my Realtor and HVAC company when they suggested they have never heard of this company. I did exactly what I was told to do and NOTHING was covered by the warranty. The people are very unprofessional and when I thought I was speaking to receptionist or someone that just had a bad day, it was the President. As a business owner I WILL never work with this company again.
