Hey Dud ! !! , that boy Khiry really hooked me up! ( I'LL BE BACK)

Very unprofessional. I had the windows tinted in my brand new car, a 2012 GTI, and they scratched my window, tracing the tint. The tint was scratched and bubbled. They were very uncooperative when i wanted the issue resolved. I have tried several times for further contact, but they have totally ignored me. I tried to compromise even, asking for a partial refund to cover the cost of another tint shop to remove their tint. I am putting the wheels in motion for a lawsuit against this establishment. I would recommend anyone else but this establishment.

Windows tinted on 3/14/09, called after the 4 days tint on the back windows had bubbles, came back the following Saturday, called owner prior to coming when I arrived was told he stepped out, another gentleman helped me. He tried to push the bubbles out did not work, called the owner, I heard him tell him the problem , I was told to come back the next Saturday because the tint had to be replaced. When I arrived the owner tried to push the bubbles out again, i told him that is what the gentleman did last week and he told me to come back, owner stated that he did not tell him that it needed to be repaired. Expressed that this was my 3rd trip, owner stated that he would come to me. Called on Monday afternoon, in regards to when he was coming, owner stated that they ran out of tint on Friday, and awaiting another shipment, did not tell me on Saturday, I am still waiting on a return call, and driving around with tint bubbled in the back of my car.

My car was tinted on 3/14/09, tint looked distorted on the back, I was told that in about 4 days that would clear up. Never happened. Contacted owner was instructed to come back so he could look at it, called prior to coming, when arrived he was not there. An employee called on the phone and tried to push the bubbles out, did not work. I was instructed that it needed to be replaced, was told to come back the next Saturday which i did, owner was there and tried to push bubbles out again. He then told me i had to come back again to get it repaired, i explained thats what you told me last week. Owner told me he would come to my home to repair. I had not heard anything so I called, he then told me that they ran out of tint on Friday, i expressed that was not what he told me on Sat. I have yet to hear from the buisness and have nasty looking tint on the back of my car.

great customer service, didn't have to wait long, very professional, nice waiting area, the way they cleaned my car I was admazed and I coundn't find anything wronge, they are a must to try
