This is a slum in the making. The maintenance is terrible, if you can get them to do anything at all. The smoke alarms are always beeping their low battery warnings till they finally die. They rarely do anything to the sidewalks, even if they are covered in ice. There is 1 washer and dryer in each building, shared by 12 apartments. Do not fall for their special deals on moving in. $550 a month for a shoddy 2 bedroom apartment is no deal.
