- RadiologyThe charges you incur will depend on the level of service completed by your provider, the type of procedure that will be done, and the diagnostic tests that are necessary. Please call our business office at (563) 322-0971 to get an approximate quote or estimate for the office visit or surgical procedure that will be done. It is important to note that this estimate will only be for ORA Orthopedics’ services performed and will not include hospital or surgery center charges or other professional services such as anesthesia or radiology.
- X-Rays
- Computed TomographyOrthopedic robotic technology uses either a preoperative CT scan or a series of x-rays to render a three- and four-dimensional digital view of the knee. This provides an accurate view to assist your surgeon in designing a personalized plan based on the specifics of your individual knee anatomy for optimal mechanical alignment. The assisted-robotic technology functions like a high-tech GPS system utilizing optical trackers and cameras to determine the position of your knee in space. Throughout the procedure, the robot provides a real-time view of the knee to assist the surgeon if necessary to ensure accuracy and precision in the placement of the implant.
- General SurgeryOur surgery centers focus on offering a high quality, service oriented environment for your surgical procedure. Our goal is to provide first-class surgical services in a safe, welcoming environment, one in which we would be happy to treat our own families.

- SciaticaHydrostatic pressure: Water pressure pushes against your body and provides health benefits. “Hydrostatic pressure decreases swelling and improves joint position and awareness,” Caitlyn explains. This pressure combined with buoyancy compresses the body, alleviating chronic pain, lymphedema, and sciatica.

- Minimally Invasive SurgeryDepending on the type of condition or injury our orthopedic surgeons perform both minimally invasive and open surgical procedures. Minimally invasive surgery is a less invasive approach than open surgery to treat several types of orthopedic conditions. Arthroscopic surgery is a type of minimally invasive surgical procedure. The advantage of minimally invasive orthopedic surgery over traditional open surgery is that the joint or affected area does not have to be opened up fully. Instead, only two or three small incisions are made – one for the endoscope and one or two for other surgical instruments. This reduces recovery time, results in only a small scar, and decreases the trauma to the connective tissue. However, in certain circumstances, an open surgery may be necessary in order to best repair the damage or injury and obtain the best surgical outcome.
