I had an air conditioning problem in early July it was ridiculously hot out side. I called every company in the quad cities and non of them could make it out for at least two days. Since Doug's has a health number of techs that seem very good at what they do they were able to keep up with large amount of calls they were receiving and made it out later that afternoon.
