I rented a log splitter and had to work on it to get it running right. It had sediment in the fuel when I called to get help he said that I could bring it back he would only charge me for an hour. I had it twenty minutes I returned 3 and 1/2 hours after I rented it having got it running right and completing my task. I had my father in law return it and noticed the next day they charged me for a full day. Called them three times getting a promise each time the appropriate person would call me back. They never did the fourth time I received their voice mail left a message stating this will be taking care of. They called me back saying they already refunded me the money and I was rude for leaving that message. Note, I may have been rude but I was right. So far the refund has not shown like she says it would. Beware
