I have been a customer since 2001. I buy new cars every few years and Mobile Concepts is the only place that I trust to work on my cars. Recently, I purchased a 2012 Escalade and had a SmartStart (alarm/remote start) installed. Also, they offered me a ride home (I live in Mokena) so that I could come back later in the day to pick up my car. I am truly satisfied with the installation & service received.
I had a nightmare experience and need to inform other people so they will not go through what I experienced. Stay away from this establishment, completely destroyed my car, have no knowledge or expertise they will reap you off and will not refund your money. Amateurs.
