I have never had such a horrible experience with a carpet cleaning company in my life!! Not only does my carpets look just as bad as before they came out.... I am out $375.00!!!!!! When I called to complain, they only redid 1 room and my stairs and then charged me $60.00 more!! Unbelievable!!!! Now I have a newborn baby and more problems than ever!! So unless you are asking for more problems and want to be charged a fortune for nothing, stay far away from Magestic steam in Mokena illinois!!!
