We have an old 1848 stone farmhouse and got a Mitsubishi ductless system. Saves the back from carrying, and the wasted storage space, for the old window units. And, our summer electric bill went down. Also provides supplemental heat in spring and fall which in our case saves fuel oil and firewood. I was a bit skeptical when we got them but very glad we did. The team from Guiwell did a clean and efficient job of installation with very little effect on the aesthetics of the old house. We've had the system for over a year and it has been totally trouble free.
