I visited Yorktown Golf & Baseball center for the first time with my family just yesterday. We had a free day and decided to check out the place after hearing so many wondeful things from friends. I was completely blown away by the state-of-the-art facility. The driving range really portrays a golf-course type atmosphere, and was extremely enjoyable, especially for the kids. The batting cages were lots of fun as well and provided some good laughs for us. Then we headed down to the links to fit in a round of mini-golf. Their mini-golf course was lots of fun and also very well designed. It has very fun features like ponds and waterfalls that can not be found at too many other courses in the area. I was able to do all of this with my family of 5 without putting a dent in my wallet, I felt the prices were very good. I think the one thing that really tied it all together was the staff. They were extremely helpful and very friendly every step of the way and really made it an enjoyable day.

We were excited to go to a location with so many things to do but were quickly disappointed in the grounds. The minature golf area has been neglected with overgrown shrubs, weeds, unsecure stonework and stained/peeling paint in the water fountains. The batting cages were also dated in dire need of updating. Overall not a bad experience, but it's quickly on its way to becoming an eyesore.
A great and friendly atmosphere with strategically placed greens and targets. Stalls are spaced with plenty of room and staff is curtious and hospitable. -Stan P.
