General Info: The California Department of Transportation provides an environmentally sound intermodal transportation system for individuals. It facilitates economic and social development, as well as connectivity within South Carolina through the movement of people and goods. The department supports the rural enhancement program that allocates transportation enhancement funds to various communities.
