They used to have security and closed gates here when I moved in. Now they have no security and leave the gates open 24/7. As a result a person just had their apartment burglarized a few months back. This place has gone waaay downhill since I moved in; my last neighbors were gang members, my new neighbors sell drugs and thus leave about a dozen times a night when their car slot is right outside my window and they insist on reving their engine to go on their drug deals. They leave every 30 minutes and return within a half hour so its obvious whats going on. Plus their car is always there during the daytime so...no job.

The rents are overpriced; 1000 dollars for a bare bones apartment with shady neighbors and a high crime rate around the city. For parents; I did a search on the Megan's Law website and found an offender who lives right up the street.

If I were you I wouldn't even give this place a thought. I would turn around and run back the way I came! The redwoods have to be hands down the worst place I've ever lived!!! The neighbors are horrible... and the Apartments are even worse! There's bums always walking around here digging in the garbage cans. You can't even have plants on your back porch without them getting stolen... forget about keeping anything nice because it's gone in a blink of an eye! I had a area rug on my back patio drying after I washed it, and it was gone within 2 hours... somebody took it!!! Never leave your clothes in the laundromat unintended or they'll be stolen. My trucks been broken into two times... and don't even get me started about the bugs, and I'm a clean person. ����������������

Avoid like the plague!!!

This round of management is absolutely terrible and neglects their tennants to an extreme. Things still havent been repaired from the time we moved in 6 months ago. And when brought to their attention, they give us a date and we never see anyone. No notifications when repaving the parking lot, unexpected fees, pool in non operable condition all summer.



The manager is rude and cant be bothered to answer questions. Puts everything on the receptionist and expects her to handle it.
