My family and I moved in the mobile home park in mid 2013. We had to move somewhere quick and the manager at the time gave me the keys and go look at the home. It was nasty, we had to clean out the home before we could move in and when we needed something done it did not get done. We got new managers in Oct 2013 and they have really cleaned up the park. We still have a few issues but over all it is such a better place to live. The park is getting cleaned up, they are still understaffed but they do their best on what they have to work with. They are here after 5pm and they are sometimes here even on the weekend getting things fixed when they need fixed. They are good people and we need to support them in all that we can. Keep up the good work and hope things keep getting better.

I have lived here for years and have never had a problem. I have always been of the mind set that where you live is what you make it. Think is a good place, I have 2 children and have never had an issue. There is only one maintenance person and over 100 units so he may be a little overworked but he always has a smile and seems to be in a good mood. I hope this helps.

My family came here only because we had no choice..It is the worst ran mobile park/complex I've ever lived in..The management is unprofessional except when it comes to telling stories..Do not expect to have nothing fixed in a timely manner..The maintenance man is over worked does not have any help unless you want to count managements family members who don't know a thing about park maintenance .so you get shabby work done..If you have an emergency after hours the on site manager is no help..And unless you are one of the managers favorites don't expect anything less than dealing with a child on a power trip..There are constantly dogs running lose..Tenants driving way to fast..This park is full of drugs because management does not care who they let in. There are open run down trailers that the homeless use as their nightly motel..Bottom line..This park is nasty..no place for any child to live and management needs a lesson in how to do the job.
