      Formerly known as the Greater Modesto Community Foundation, Stanislaus Community Foundation serves and supports charitable donors, nonprofit organizations, and the entire community. We are a nonprofit public charity created by and for the people of Stanislaus County. We work to enhance the quality of life for all the people of Stanislaus County by encouraging philanthropy, providing services to donors and assisting those who work to meet community needs. Our board and staff are continually cultivating a deep knowledge about the issues and opportunities that shape our community. We monitor community needs and opportunities in a variety of areas. Stanislaus Community Foundation matches acts of caring with our community's needs.
