Great company!

I needed a new a/c unit for my house so I called a few company's to come give me an estimate and I ended up going with Sawyers. The salesman CJ was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. Once it came time for my install to get done the installers CJ sent out were also very nice and did a great job. So far I am very happy with my decision.

Review written 2.5 years after install: They did a clean job on initial installation. Then after a few months, I needed a tech out EVERY few months to fix something or another that broke or was apparently not installed correctly. It often takes several calls and appointments to actually get someone out to my home. I paid a premium for what I thought was a premium service. I was sooo wrong and am paying the price. I currently have condensate leaking from a plastic part that has shattered due to incorrect installation. I can't get a tech to actually show for an appointment. AVOID this company!

This company installed a new heater and air conditioner in one of our rental houses in Modesto in June of 2012. Since then this system has never worked correctly and it is almost impossible to get this company to come and correct all the problems. We will never use them again. There is a very pregnant tenant in this house and it usually takes 4 days to a week to get a technician our to check out the problems and even longer to get a call back. Avoid this company. Unhappy customer in Modesto!
