So we contracted them to find a corner on a rental property. We were having a dispute with out neighbor for taking down an existing fence. The gentlemen came out and after speaking to me he went to the neighbor and actually went in her house while I was outside. I had asked him not to give her information because we were paying for this service. He did indeed give her all the information that cost me $500.00. When I found out from the neighbor that he had given her the exact same info that I paid for I called Welty and spoke with the boss there and the gentleman that cam out and did the service. He stated he may have given her a copy of the info that he charged me $500 for. My neighbor told me that he showed her everything that he showed me about the property line that cost me $500. I would highly recommend NOT to do business with this company. They do NOT respect their clients. Why would a company do that!!! We should take them to small claims to get our money back.
