I called and specifically asked if they would be able to check the transmission fluid level in my car. After being assured they could I brought the car in for an oil change and once again requested that they be sure and check the trans fluid level. After they completed the oil change and I went to pay I asked about the trans fluid level. They told me they did not check it because there was no low trans fluid code on the instrument panel. So therefore even though I specifically requested them to check it , they did not. Theyre just another big lube company more concerned about money than making customers happy.
