Sometimes you try n call here & the phone is busy forever . Like they took it off the hook! Always very friendly but this is quite irritating !!

Ive been to this location a couple of times before. People are friendly and have conversations and make you feel welcome. One stylist named Serena is great! Since the first visit though I havent been able to catch her on one of her days (Scheduling conflict on my part). This last visit though makes me a little cautious on going there again. Usually the prices are reasonable and the outcomes are worth it. This time my hair cut (wash and style) came out to $31 dollars! I only wanted a trim which she did take off about an inch or two on my ends and straightened my hair. It was supposed to be $21 dollars but she charged me $10 dollars extra for long hair? Im sorry, but when you only cut an inch or two and take less than 30 minutes to do my hair you do not deserve to charge me extra. This is the first time Ive seen this extra charge, even with my first visit doing highlights I wasn't charge extra or even a steep price, so this is a little too much...



Overall environment is friendly, but I think they went overboard this time in charging extra...makes me wish they didnt make commission on customers but rather got an incentitive to do better.
