Carlos was hired to remodel two small bathrooms. His work was sub-standard, at one point I was going to dismiss him and get another contractor to finish his work. He was disrespectful of the homewowner's concern and refused to correct his work products only agreeing when told someone else would do the work and the cost would be deducted from his pay. After the homeowners moved into the home they found his tile work below substandard. The floors are not level and grout is on the walls. I have contacted him but have not received a call back. Now the toilet is leaking. I left a message again (using the same number we have always communicated with) but now return call.
