      New management has needs for contracted services not met. Purchase a big piece of equipment I can't work on myself with a contract that it will be serviced if it breaks and not only is it sitting unused, service can't be addressed for over a week with no option for replacement use or $$ returned for inconvenient hunk of metal I can't use... Let's go back to "above and beyond" to meet the customers needs, please? You guys are slipping...
