We have been using this cleaner without any problems for a while. However, my husband took a suit to be cleaned and the jacket was returned with three holes and the pants had multiple holes as well. It was not dropped off in that condition (who dry cleans a destroyed suit) When my husband called they told him to bring it in and speak to the manager which he did. The manager is someone we have both spoken to in the past and had good experiences with. She was not exactly rude but extremely defensive about the situation stating "she had noticed it before and marked it damage fabric tag before they cleaned it and she could not help if cleaning exasperated the condition of the fabric." If she had indeed noticed it was damaged why did they not call and notify us? That is the typical protocol so they can insure they are not liable for destroying someone's things. The only remedy they offered was to call this seamstress to see if anything could be done. Which my husband did and do to the varies location of the damage it would have to be re-woven cost anywhere from 175-250 dollars. The suits orginal price was $280.00 so of course that is not practical. So now with the cleaning fee and the actual cost of the suit we are out $295.00. if you decide to use this cleaner take pictures of your items before drop off and inspect the items in the store upon pick up. I hate that they would not make this right even for long time repeat customers.

Great Customer service and cheap.. Clothes came back pressed perfect. Highly recommend..
