Provided by YP.comThis branch of the family chain lives up to its reputation of good food, family atmosphere, and reasonable prices. Check out the specials-- they are usually really special!
My family and i like the olvie garden . but some customer service from the waiters can be inproved. my husband loves the salads and so do I but.. if you have poor customer service and a unpleasant attitude then please dont expect a tip why should you ? ..
I am giving them a bad rating for customer service. My parents go to The Olive Garden all the time. We recently found out my dad has cancer and he is sick and doesn't stay up well for long periods of time. We attempted to make reservations for my mom & dad's anniversary on Friday night and we were told they did not accept reservations on the weekend. The manager was unwilling to make an exception in any case. I was very unhappy with this response. All of us kids work and we were trying to save time that dad would have to sit around but The Olive Garden is obviously not committed to excellent customer service. Major disappointment to me and my family.
