The branch manager is an extremely pretentious woman. She's rude and the absolute worse example of customer service, especially for a credit union! Nobody expects to be treated like the queen of everything, but perhaps being treated at least halfway decent would be a nice change. They need to overhaul the customer service department at this branch. The other branches are wonderful, this one needs some work. You'll know the rude branch manager by her sense of entitlement. Good luck if you need to bank here...
