I too would leave zero stars!! Bought Furniture that started falling apart within a week, they want to REPAIR it I did not pay good money for them to start repairing things~ also bad odor in either foam or OSB board! they lied stating it was my dogs and they had torn up the furniture!! I have sent photos to my attorney and BBB and attorney General.. if I have to go to court I will bring it into court.. I have had notarized statements stating the furniture is clean not dirty and by professionals who state the furniture does stink but NOT of pet and it is not in state they have made up!!! they lie to cover their butts.. don't buy from them!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service with no integrity. This is an independent store so they have no one to answer to when they screw up furniture, I wouldn't recommend doing business with these people at all, save yourself the time and money of dealing with shady people.... The best service ever -the salespeople know their stuff ,in fact , all the people that work there are good at their jobs and very nice to deal with. I have been all over the place looking for a swivel rocking chair and could not find any. I walk in the Lazy Boy store and ask the guy that was helping me -his name is Matt, I asked him if they had any swivel rocking chairs and he said " no" but we can put a swivel on any chair in here and they could do it right then and there in the store !! I was elated so then all I had to do was try out about 30 chairs until I found the right one !! I should have gone there first -my dad had always shopped Lazy Boy and him and my mom always used to say "when you find a good thing , you stick with it"... Thanks, Robin M

Bad business. Bad experience. Bought $9K set of furniture. Six weeks after delivery date still waiting for a recliner, rug and pillows. Still do not have an shipping date for the furniture not delivered.
