Terribly unprofessional made me wait for almost 3 hours and then I was told to wait another hour to get my shirts that weren't cleaned in the first place. Manager was no help at all attitude the entire time... just a terrible experience never will I ever go back and I wouldn't recommend them.

Across from the University, and people coming in constantly, but..... really???..... only 1 (one) cart????? Ridiculous. Step up; get what the customers need to do their laundry. Get a dispenser for fabric softener and a BETTER dispenser for detergent. The "step-up" at the front door is going to cause someone to get hurt, and ask your customers to take control of their children.

These guys lost my comforter. Did not want to replace it at full value because it was one year old. If I had not taken it to them in the first place, then I would still have it. Also, it took two months and repeated phone to see any money from them. If they don't lose your articles, then they are good. Sweet ladies at the counter, but rude back office staff
