I'm a very unhappy customer. I've had the nonprivilege of purchasing a $300 gently used cell phone from this company. 28 days later the phone was shut off. Come to find out it was still under contract and still being purchased under someone else's name. Although i pay for service each month the cellphone itself was shut off for nonpayment of a service agreement. I understand that things like this can come up but when buying used from a company v/s buying from a stanger off the street u have a different feeling of feeling secure. The cellphone was shut off for nonpayment under a service agreement. That was totally out of my control. So in a situation like this you would expect for it to be handled professionally, satisfiedly & fairly. Instead I was told because I didn't purchase a warranty by the way that wasn't offered to me that there was nothing they could do. I was left on my own with a loss of $300 and no consideration of losing a good customer. I also bought a $600 ring during that time. Im not happy at all & will do everything in my power to make sure it doesn't happen to another valuable customer.
