Poor customer service. False promises of fixing granite problems. I sent pictures and copies of the actual check payment. They said If I can prove they did it she would make good on their work. But they did not. They said they have no record of my address and I cannot prove they did it. Well yes I can. The granite has a rough glue film that is peeling off the top surface. Feels rough and dirty. It’s been that way since day 1. Thought this was normal until just recently. Initial job installed July 2012. So they are saying their granite doesn’t hold up even that long. They said they cannot help me. Stay away from this company.
