Cara & Company will be my salon as long as I am in Mobile! My very first time, the receptionist, Kayla got me in the same day! I cut about 14 inches off for the first time in my life, so I was definitely nervous. Nikki made my experience great and did an amazing job. Not sure if i'll ever go long again! The salon was very clean, had TONS of professional products and offered every service you can think of. I can't wait to go back for my trim in a few weeks! 😁 #caraandcompanymobile

I called on a Tuesday and was able to get an appointment the next day. Wells cut and styled the beast I call hair!!! She was awesome. I have finished my hair stylist shopping because she is the BEST!

I use Nicki and she is absolutely fantastic! She is always ready when I arrive and listens to all my ideas ( I tend to change my color often).
The salon is VERY clean and I haven't met a person there that I didn't like. Nicki and all of the girls are VERY well educated on new techniques.

I really don't know how anyone can give this place a good review. Maybe the hair stylist are good, but this place was so dirty when I walked in that I had to leave. Very bad first impression. I won't be going back.

I use to go to Cara years ago but then moved several states away. We have now moved back to the Gulf Coast area and I drive an hour to go to Cara because it is totally worth it!! She is awesome and I would recommend her to anyone.

I have been to numerous salons around the Mobile area, and every place I have been has always been a let down. I was so happy to find Nicole Moore at Cara & Co. She is always going to styling and coloring classes, and it really pays off! I am so picky when it comes to my hair and she always impresses me. I completely trust her with my hair and I am always getting compliments. She does a great cut and color. Make an appointment with her now!!

Had my first cut from Chasity today and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. The salon was clean and organized and the staff was so friendly! I was not sure really how I wanted it cut, so Chasity made recommendations and she was spot on! It looks great! Looking forward to going back for my next appointment and adding a few highlights. Was looking foward to my cut, booked an appt after looking online for a salon in the mobile area...what a complete and utter disappointment I had, first no one greeted me upon arrival. The staff was incredibly rude and pretentious. After waiting several minutes I found out the girl I had my appt with never even bothered to show up!!! No one even offered to do my hair for me in her place, they acted like it was no big deal! so of course I left extremely appalled and had to find another salon that could take me in that day as I was overdue for a cut. This is the worst excuse of a salon and customer service I've ever seen. Save yourself the embarrassment and drama and go elsewhere...preferably to a normal salon where the stylists greet you cordially and actually show up for their clients!!! Shame on you cara and company

The salon is a beautiful and relaxing place to visit. The staff is very friendly and informative. Chasity does a wonderful job with my hair color and cut. I have been so impressed by the results she has accomplished given the many styles and colors I have asked her to try on me. Each color and style has turned out wonderfully. I highly recommend this salon!
