We used Blue Rents for a rehearsal dinner in Monroeville. Delivery was scheduled between 11:30 and noon. We left Birmingham at 8:00 a.m. with plenty of time for traffic, accidents, etc. We called Margaret at Blue Rents at 12:43 inquiring when they would be delivery. She said she would call us right back. She never returned our phone call, which was very unprofessional. We went to lunch and to the store and decided Blue Ridge could wait for us. They finally showed 3 hours late!!!!!!!When we decorated on Friday for the rehearsal dinner, we had to clean off every chair with a wet cloth because they were so dirty, some of the dishes and silverware had to be washed, several plates were chipped, several napkins were so dirty,we could not use them. Obviously they have no quality control. Also the napkins were not delivered under late in the afternoon, which meant we had to go back to rehearsal hall to fold and place napkins on tables. Margaret called us on Monday, not to inquire if things were satisfactory, but to inquire if we gave the driver a check!Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant and professional, but I'm not sure I would recommend them.
Attended an event for 200 people with Blue Rents running the show. A superb job. These guys are pros.

Not happy with wedding rental experience. Caterer delayed due to all the linens not being delivered on time. Found out the week of the wedding that some linens did not come in size ordered. Had booked out 9 months in advance.

I just read a review saying they were rude to a customer. We have been a customer of theirs for years, and I have never had this experience with them. I have always been pleased, and they have been very accommodating in working with our schedules. I guess anyone can have a bad day, but I would definitely recommend them.
