If I could give negative star I would. This location recently sold the wrong camera battery. Once I took it back in they filed/grinded the battery down to try and fit the camera. Then the battery still didn't fit told me they could not take the battery back because it had been grinded down (that they did). After a heated discussion they finally looked up the correct battery and did swap it out. All of this arguing, the manager sat there and did not even acknowledge me. This is a bunch of young kids running this store that has zero customer service. There are other battery stores in mobile you can use with nice, honest employees.

Went to Advanced Auto to get a battery for my motorcycle, they checked the battery and said I needed a new one, they didn't have the one I needed. I went to battery source and they checked my battery and said it was fine, even though they did have the replacement battery. Thanks for the honesty, they lost a sale but gained some respect. I will go back there when I need a new battery. Honesty goes a long way with me.
